When you fill out a form on our Site, request information, book a discovery call, or otherwise reach out to us, we collect the information you provide. That typically includes your name, company name, role or title, phone number, email address, and any details you share about your property, portfolio, or business.
If you become a client, we collect additional information needed to deliver advisory services. That may include property-level data, operating performance information, business documents you share with us, and communications between our team and yours. We collect this information only from clients and only for the purpose of the engagement.

Property Management Gurus, LLC and Service Pilot Marketing, LLC are separately organized businesses under common ownership. We may share limited operational information between the two entities solely to deliver the Services (for example, through the shared GoHighLevel platform).
