Mandy Page brings approximately 20 years of multifamily experience across property operations, regional leadership, new-construction lease-ups, acquisitions, management transitions, team development, process improvement, systems, market analysis, and customer experience.
She understands both the ownership vision and the property-level realities required to operate, lease, maintain, and improve a multifamily asset. That dual perspective is the core of every PMG engagement: strategy that respects what actually happens on site, and site-level work that serves what ownership is trying to build.
Depending on what a situation calls for, Mandy can advise from outside the organization, represent ownership in the field, or temporarily step into an operational role when experienced support is needed immediately.
Our Process
Property Management Gurus is the multifamily division of Mandy Page Consulting. Every engagement follows the same practical arc.
Understand the property, project, team, market, and current conditions. No assumptions, no recycled playbooks: the work starts with what is actually true on site.
Clarify priorities, responsibilities, risks, and expected outcomes so ownership, management, and the on-site team are working toward the same result.
Create practical plans, systems, processes, and accountability that fit the property and the people running it.
Assist with implementation, reporting, transition, and follow-through until the improvement holds without outside help.
Mandy is available for select consulting, interim leadership, temporary management, ownership liaison, market research, and project-based multifamily engagements. Engagements are limited so each client gets senior-level attention, not a handoff to a junior team.
